Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Gomez Pardo mobile application, also referred to as APP-ACCESOS, created by Fundacion Gomez Pardo.
The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use as an access control tool for authorized users.
Information Collection and Use
The Application is used to authenticate authorized users and allow access to authorized doors through Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
The Application may collect, process, or store the following information:
- User login identifier and password, used to authenticate the user with Fundacion Gomez Pardo servers.
- Device information required for login and service operation.
- The list of doors authorized for the authenticated user.
- Bluetooth Low Energy signals from nearby authorized doors, used only to detect whether an authorized door is nearby.
- Access commands sent by the Application to authorized doors, including the authenticated user identifier required for access control.
The Application does not collect precise GPS location. Bluetooth or Nearby Devices permissions may be requested by the operating system so the Application can detect nearby BLE doors. These permissions are used for access control functionality, not for tracking the user's location.
Offline Use
The Application may store the last valid list of authorized doors locally on the device. This allows authorized access to continue when an Internet connection is temporarily unavailable.
This locally stored information is used only by the Application for door access functionality and is deleted when the user signs out.
Data Sharing
User information is transmitted to Fundacion Gomez Pardo servers for authentication, authorization, and access control purposes.
The Application does not sell personal data. Personal data may be disclosed when required by law, to comply with a legal process, to protect the rights and safety of users or Fundacion Gomez Pardo, or to service providers acting on behalf of Fundacion Gomez Pardo under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use platform services such as Google Play Services where required by the Android operating system or app distribution platform. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

Security
Fundacion Gomez Pardo is concerned about safeguarding user information. The Application uses secure communication with the backend where applicable and stores local session or authorization data using secure device storage mechanisms when available.
Data Retention and Deletion
User session data and locally stored authorized door data are retained while the user remains signed in. When the user signs out, local session data and locally stored authorized door data are deleted from the device.
Users may request deletion of personal data associated with the service by contacting Fundacion Gomez Pardo at info@fgomezpardo.es.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under 13 years of age. Fundacion Gomez Pardo does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided personal information through the Application, they should contact Fundacion Gomez Pardo at info@fgomezpardo.es so that appropriate action can be taken.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are published means acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
